About

On the eve of what would have been Prince Philip's 100th birthday, Age Unlimited is proud to announce that Royal historian Hugo Vickers will deliver a Zoom talk on behalf of the charity: telling the story of the Duke’s early life and challenges, and highlighting the range of work he did on behalf of Britain and the Commonwealth.

Hugo Vickers wrote the authorised biography of Alice, Princess Andrew of Greece, Prince Philip’s mother, at the request of Prince Philip and his sister, Princess George of Hanover.  He was an ITN studio guest for Prince Philip’s funeral on 17 April and we are hugely indebted to him for giving his time to Age Unlimited with this lecture.

This is a free Zoom lecture although we hope that you may consider making a donation to the charity in lieu of ticket sales. Do feel free to send this email to other interested friends.

To watch, please register and you'll be sent the Zoom details on applying.
